How much are commissions?
I will let you know set prices and if anything would require more time and work, then I will ask you to confirm!
Refer to the following factors:
How do I pay for commissions?
Paypal: thewaffleskitty@gmail.com
I do have most other forms of payment if needed.
When can I expect commissions to be completed?
I will give you a timeline based off of my availability and current projects. I also work full-time.
Where can I get prints mailed to?
US locations preferred. Higher rates will apply to international locations which will need to be insured.
Do you also send original sketches and progress photos?
I send original works and progress photos at request and my discretion.
Can I pick up my commission at an upcoming convention?
Yes. Please email thewaffleskitty@gmail.com if you have not mentioned this option when submitting your request.
What can I do to receive a refund?
Refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
How do I get free prints, stickers, etc.?
This is at my discretion. I lean towards sending returning customers and those who refer friends extra goodies.
Sometimes, when I use a commissioned art for re-distribution, the original requester will receive a free or discounted piece. (i.e. I use a commissioned art to make prints. I send the original requester a copy of that print)
Where do I get discount codes?
I will post up discount codes on social media.
What are your Terms and Conditions?
Refer to the Terms & Conditions.
How do I know how large social media icons and banners should be?
Refer to Sprout Social's updated Google Sheet.
Since you are new to digital art, can I get a discount?
I take into account my skill level and many different factors when calculating the estimate for work done. If you're looking for someone with a different style or certain skill level, then you are free to find another artist and I am happy to put you in the right direction. Digital art is a hobby and not my full-time job.
What if I am not satisfied with your policy(ies)?
We can always talk things out. I am not a professional or enterprise corporation. I am an individual and I do want to complete work for the satisfaction of my clients.
